Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there will be a significant delay.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order is placed, but please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times can vary.

  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: PandaPure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  5. Damages: PandaPure is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It's essential to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

  1. Return Period: We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  2. Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and promotional products are exempt from being returned.

  4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

  5. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [customer@pandapure.com].

  6. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
